Shenhe’s character ascension materials can be found all over Teyvat.

Here they are:

• Whopperflower Nectars – Dropped by Whopperflowers.
• Shivada Jade – Dropped by the Cryo Regisvine, Cryo Hypostasis, Andrius, and Bathysmal Vishap Herd; purchased from Souvenir Shop; higher-tier versions can be crafted by an alchemist NPC.
• Dragonheir’s False Fin – Dropped by the Bathysmal Vishap Herd.

Note: Shenhe’s character ascension will also increase her ATK% (up to 28.8% after ascending her past level 80).
