Don’t leave the arena. Instead, look around you to find a Thunder Bough/Electrograna.
Use the grapple to reach the next set of ledges. At the very top, you’ll find 1x Luxurious Chest, 1x Precious Chest, and 1x Peculiar Pinion.
You’ll also be able to craft the Cleansing Shrine furniture in the Serenitea Pot.
Anyway, go to the marked location and talk to Eiko and Taisuke. They’ll be surprised by what just happened, adding that the storms on Seirai Island have finally cleared.
While the two are off to meet Neko the cat, they also hint that there’s more to come.
