Get ready for the next Overwatch Free Weekend

For players looking to try out Overwatch but not purchase it just quite yet, here’s some good news. Blizzard has scheduled the next Overwatch free weekend, and it’s running from July 26 – July 30 for PC users only. During that time, Blizzard is making their entire roster of 28 heroes and 18 maps available to play with no cost involved.

Players will also be able to try out a variety of modes, including Quick Play, Custom Games, and the Arcade. You will be able to level up, earn loot boxes, and unlock several different customization options.

If players decide to purchase Overwatch after getting a free feel for it, fear not about having wasted your time. As long as you use your same Blizzard account, you will not lose any progress made during the free weekend.

This is a great way to draw new players in who may be a tad hesitant to dive into the game without investing. It’s a smart move on Blizzard’s part. Check out the official release map below to see when the Overwatch Free Weekend goes live in your country. I am sure this will attract many new players who want to get their feet wet with this popular game.
