Get ready to kill all monsters in the Hazard Ops closed beta test

Hazard Ops

Hazard Ops promises battles with killer robots and rocket wielding dinosaurs, and the shooter will be ready for testing very soon.

Infernum will be launching the closed beta test on 28 May for a select group of testers here in Europe. If you’ve not been following this one then here’s a quick recap.

Set in the 21st century where two military agencies fight for power, this shooter is powered by the Unreal Engine 3.5 and has been developed by Yingpei Games (previously Epic Games China). Unlike your usual FPS this promises to deliver a whole host of popular videoame nasties to shoot. Everything from mummies, zombies, dinosaurs, robots, and probably all monsters EVER created. Of course we can’t confirm that yet until we go hands-on.

The game comes with co-op missions, competitive matches and monster hunting modes for food measure. The only way to deal with these insane looking monsters is with insane looking weapons and there will be plenty to mess with.

We’ll be taking a look at the game very soon when the beta opens for business and we’ll report back and let you know if it ticks all the monster hunting boxes.

Beta test sign-ups are still being taken over on the website so you can get your name down now.
