In other words, if you’ve yet to try out Hi-Rez Studios futuristic shooter Spy-fi MMO, you couldn’t pick a better time than now. Players can opt to purchase the box-only game, playing online for free but only having access to certain areas. Conquest will be accessible for a monthly subscription, opening up a persistent territory map that player-organised Agencies can battle over.

The reasoning behind the extension is, according to Hi-Rez’s Todd Harris, to allow players to experience first hand what the monthly fee provides:

“We feel this is the best way to prove to you the value of a Global Agenda Conquest subscription, while also ensuring that as many people as possible are exposed to our unique and innovative Conquest gameplay.”

In addition to this extended free period, Harris also listed a number of features that will be added to the game in the next two weeks including a friends/ignore list, player choice on destinations in PvP queues, repair kits to restore Upgrades to full durability, and new AvA zones.

If that wasn’t enough to grab your interest, during March another batch of improvements are on their way such as more PvP, AvA and PvE content and improved crafting, loot and prestige items. See the full post from Harris here.
