GOG’s Insomnia sale aims to keep you up all night

GOG have kicked off a second Insomnia sale, and from what I’ve seen so far, it might be worth staying up for.

The Insomnia sale only has two games on sale at any given time (one classic, and one more recent) in very limited quantities. When one of those sells out, it’s replaced with something else… and so on and so forth. What this means is that anything on sale is on sale for an extremely limited window of time, and the more popular things will probably be gone very, very quickly. As such, you’ll want to stay up all night watching GOG’s front page. It’s pretty good for those of us who have trouble sleeping.

This means that I can’t tell you what’s going on sale or how much it’s going to be, but I can tell you what I’ve seen. Like Shadowrun Returns at 80% off ($2.99), and Dreamfall Chapters Season Pass – Special Edition at 60% off ($13.99).

I can’t recommend sitting in front of your computer all night staring at the games flashing by, but I’d totally recommend checking GOG whenever you remember. You might get lucky and spot something you want, or you might just see something you fancy trying out at a low price. Have a look, anyway.
