Developer Crate Entertainment who are busy working on their action RPG Grim Dawn (see picture) could be looking to create a new project through Kickstarter.
In a cryptic comment this evening they posted:
We’re looking to launch a Kickstarter project ourselves soon but, in the meantime, Wasteland 2 is totally sweet!…
The Kickstater projects such as Wasteland 2, which has raised 1.5 million so far, and Doublefine’s adventure project, which has raised 3.3 million, are leading the way so it’s no huge surprise this method of funding is looking more attractive.
Grim Dawn is currently still in the Alpha phase of development and there is no hint as to what they have planned through Kickstarter just yet. Watch this space.
