Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase programme and CE details


ArenaNet and NCSoft have announced details of the Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase programme which will give fans access to the numerous bonuses.
From 10 April, Pre-order customers will recieve guaranteed access into all future beta events as we all as three day head start at launch. Also available will be a Hero’s Band which will give gamers a variety of stat enhancements when they enter the game at launch.
We also now have details of the Collector’s Edition which which will come with a very cool looking hand-painted 25 centimetre statue of the bestial warrior Rytlock Brimstone wielding his signature flaming sword.
Also included is a custom frame with five Guild Wars 2 art prints from world-renowned artists, a 112-page Making of Guild Wars 2 hardback book, a Best of Guild Wars 2 Soundtrack CD by award-winning composer Jeremy Soule and five in-game items, including a Mistfire Wolf that will fight alongside players and a miniature Rytlock.
The Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition retails at €149.99/£129.99 SRP, the Digital Deluxe at €74.99/£64.99 SRP and the Standard Edition at €54.99/£49.99 SRP in Europe. In the US the prices will be $149.99 MSRP, the Digital Deluxe at $79.99 MSRP and the Standard Edition at $59.99 MSRP.
