Leading up to the release of Watch Dogs Ubisoft has decided to pull a clever prank on some civilians. A video released today shows an elaborate prank used to convince people their phones can hack the city. In the video a store clerk tricks a few peple into thinking they can really hack the city with their phones.

Watch Dogs will be out on May 27 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC. A Wii U version is coming later this year.
