Fans of Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire rejoice!
HBO have revealed that an app called HBO Go is set to be released for the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. Although there are no release dates yet, the app will first be released on the Playstation 3, with an app for the PlayStation 4 coming soon after.
Winter Is Coming…and so is HBO Go.
As a post on Playstation Blog reveals, you will need to have a subscription to HBO via your satellite or cable provider, but as long as you have that you need only download the app and enjoy hundreds of hours of all your favourite HBO shows such as Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire and True Detective. The content will be on demand and you can watch every episode of a variety of shows.
As well as great TV shows, you will also have access to “hit movies, sports, documentaries, and comedy specials, as well as special behind-the-scenes extras.”
