Ghost of Our Love is a sidequests in Hogwarts Legacy. In it, you’ll have to determine the location of floating candles so they light the way toward some goodies. Here’s our Hogwarts Legacy Ghost of our Love guide to help you ascertain the location of the floating candles based on the map.

Hogwarts Legacy Ghost of Our Love guide
You’ll receive the Ghost of Our Love quest in Hogwarts Legacy once you pick up a map in the graveyard north of Hogsmeade. The map has a drawing of a forest, some ruins, and a bridge that has floating candles. It also shows a wand that’s lit, implying that Lumos must be active. You can see what this map looks like in the featured image.
Do note that we got this objective while progressing further in the main quest (just before following the spirit to start Jackdaw’s Rest). We also did this task at nighttime. As such, we’re not sure if you’d be able to start this at any point in time once you’ve got access to Hogsmeade.

In any case, the goal of the Ghost of Our Love quest in Hogwarts Legacy is to find the floating candles depicted on the map. Based on the clues, the location seems to be close to the Forbidden Forest. So, simply use the Forbidden Forest fast travel point. You’ll notice that there’s indeed a bridge there.
Go to one end of the bridge and activate Lumos. This will cause the floating candles to appear. Read the note and start following the candles.

You’ll be led deeper into the Forbidden Forest, but there won’t be a lot of enemies prowling around. Eventually, you’ll reach a sloping path with numerous candles burning bright. There’s also a chest nearby.
Open the chest to receive the Treasure-Seeker’s Scarf, a cosmetic option that lets you change the appearance of other items of a similar type. This will also complete the Ghost of Our Love sidequest in Hogwarts Legacy.
