Remember Homeworld: Shipbreakers? Back in 2014 Hardware: Shipbreakers became Homeworld: Shipbreakers which was great news for developer Blackbird Interactive.

Since then we have heard nothing about the game whatsoever, but at the recent Unite 2015 event they finally revealed a short trailer for the RTS. The video also includes a talk on cinematic tools and procedural camera systems used to create game cut-scenes.

In case you’ve forgotten what he game is about, it’s an RTS where players will have to harvest resources from crashed ships and survive in the harsh environments. There’s probably more to it than that but Blackbird has been keeping this one well under wraps much to our frustration.
