Medium range dominance.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Season Four Reloaded has arrived. As a part of the mid-season update, players have been introduced to a new multiplayer map, an upcoming Terminator crossover, and more. Over in the Pacific, Warzone fans are being introduced to new game modes, portable redeploy balloons and a new and improved vehicle. Also, a new weapon has made its debut and it has joined the assault rifle category. Known as the Vargo-S you can build a viable class in Vanguard with the best attachments.

The Vargo-S is definitely a fun weapon to use, but before you can get your hands on it you must complete a challenge. All you have to do is earn 15 close-range kills with any weapon and in any game mode. But if you’re not up for the challenges, the blueprint for the Vargo-S blueprint can be purchased as a bundle in the in-game store. The attachments are slightly different from our recommended Vargo-S Warzone loadout. This class will focus on improving the accuracy of the weapon to allow you to take down enemies with ease.

  • Muzzle: Recoil Booster
  • Barrel: Mirzoyan 414mm Custom
  • Stock: Gabrielyan LP 33
  • Underbarrel: M1941Hand Stop
  • Magazine: 7.62X54MMR 60 Round Drums
  • Ammo Type: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Hatched Grip
  • Proficiency: Vital
  • Kit: Fully Loaded
  • Optic: Slate Reflector

Let’s begin by breaking down the class. The first attachment is the Recoil Booster muzzle, which increases the fire rate of your assault rifle. Then, the Mirzoyan 414mm Custom barrel adds many benefits to your weapon: better recoil control and accuracy, aiming stability, and more damage range. Moving on to the stock, the Gabrielyan LP 33 improves your initial accuracy and recoil when you first begin firing, as well as your aim down sight speed. Pairing this with the M1941 Hand Stop will keep on providing you with more accuracy and recoil control.

Let’s talk ammunition

Now, let’s talk ammunition types and your kit. When selecting a magazine, the 7.62X54MMR 60 Round Drums is a viable option. Apart from boosting your magazine ammunition capacity, you gain even more accuracy and recoil control and a faster fire rate. Equipping the Lengthened ammo type will make up for some lost bullet velocity and ensure your weapon can still pack a punch. Using the Fully Loaded Kit will result in you taking the maximum starting ammunition to the battlefields of Vanguard.

There are a few more attachments to note. The Hatched Grip will continue to boost your accuracy, while the Vital proficiency increases the size of the critical kill area to make your weapon even deadlier. Finally, completing your class with an Optic such as the Slate Reflector will allow you to eliminate enemies with even more precision.

Alongside your Vanguard Vargo-S class, you should use a pistol in your secondary weapon slot. If you find yourself in a situation where an enemy is up ahead but you need to reload, swapping to a pistol is a quicker solution. Since the launch of Vanguard, the Ratt has cemented itself as the best pistol in multiplayer.
