Diablo 4 Traveller’s Superstition side quest walkthrough

To start the Traveller’s Superstition quest, you must find the Hastily Scrawled Note beside a giant statue and a shell of a crashed wooden ship. This statue, called Traveller’s Superstition, is located at Bosun’s Woe in the Rotspill Delta area, which is in the Hawezar region. This location has been marked on the map above for your convivence.

The note says: “Show her respect, and she will surely accompany you on your way. Ignore her, and suffer the same fate as these poor fools.” So then, how do you complete the Traveller’s Superstition side quest in Diablo 4 by showing her respect so you don’t meet an untimely death?

Here’s how to complete the Traveller’s Superstition quest in Diablo 4:
- Stand in Front of the statue
- Open your Emote Wheel
- You can open the emote wheel by pressing E on the keyboard or Up on the D-pad.
- Select the Customize option
- Select the “Hello” emote

A Hidden Chest will drop in front of the statue after using the “Hello” emote while standing in front of the statue. I don’t think saying hello is paying your respects, but at least it was an easy solution. Open the Hidden Chest, and you will get a quest notification saying you have completed the Traveller’s Superstition quest. This isn’t the only quest or riddle in Diablo 4 where you need to use the Emote wheel to solve, so when in doubt, Emote to see if that will solve the riddle!
