Re4 Remake Blue Medallions Fish Farm

How to get all Blue Medallions at the Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 remake

Gotta shoot 'em all.

The original Resident Evil 4 had a sliver of side content to indulge in, with this aspect of the game being one of the biggest areas of change in the Resident Evil 4 remake. One of these side activities is the Blue Medallion hunting you can do. You can get these quests from different locations in the game, and are a fun side activity to do while getting Spinels to use for trading with The Merchant. Blue Medallions are one of my personal favorite things about Resident Evil 4, and are very fun to find. Some places hide their Blue Medallions better than others, though, which can lead to confusion. Here’s our guide on how to get all Blue Medallions at the Fish Farm in Resident Evil 4 remake.

First things first, there are two Blue Medallions located outside of the Fish Farm. The first of these is located in the Quarry and can be shot down by standing in the center of the Quarry and aiming toward the marker on your map. It’s pretty high up, however, so it can be easy to miss. You can use the image below for reference.

The second Blue Medallion outside of the Fish Farm is one by the lakeside. This one is a very tricky one to find, and took me ages to find in my own playthrough. You can find this one by standing on the harbor where the boat is, and aiming underneath the wooden platform/structure the harbor comes out from. You can use the picture below for reference if you still struggle with it.

Inside the Fish Farm

Next up, we can actually move on to the Blue Medallions inside the Fish Farm. The first one of these you’re going to find is going to be inside the first shack you encounter on your way in. This shack has barrels you can break inside if you need more of a picture to imagine. This one is placed high up in the ceiling and can be shot down from inside or outside due to a hole in the wall next to it. You can see the Blue Medallion in the image below.

After that Blue Medallion, you’re going to want to progress a tiny bit through the Fish Farm until you see a ramp that elevates you above the water. The next Blue Medallion is on the far side of this ramp in the wall, which you can see either by standing on the ramp, or running around to the far side relative to where you come into the Fish Farm originally. The image below showcases where the Blue Medallion is if you’re still struggling.

The final Blue Medallion in the Fish Farm is located pretty deep into the Fish Farm. After you’ve done the one at the ramp, you’re going to want to continue through the Fish Farm and when you drop down from the wooden structure, double back on yourself and go under that structure. When you’ve done that, look to your right and the final Blue Medallion should be there. Again, the image below shows you exactly where it is.
