Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC: How to get to and from Blueberry Academy

With a bit of a low period for Pokemon fans this Fall, this has all changed with the brand-new Indigo Disk DLC and a brand-new area for players to dive into. This, of course, is the Blueberry Academy, where players will duke it out with other trainers, alongside challenging the Elite 4 of this region at the end, which will surely be a tall task for most.

However, you’ll first want to head over to this area to start the DLC, which can be accomplished by following the steps outlined below.

  • Ensure that you’re on a save that has already completed the main story of Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, alongside The Teal Mask DLC.
  • Once you load into the game, you receive a call from Clavell, who will ask you to head over to the Naranja/Uva Academy.
  • Once here, you should begin a cutscene to kick off the DLC.

Once you have completed the introduction portion of The Indigo Disk, players may want to travel freely between the three regions, Paldea, Kitakami, and the newly added Blueberry Academy. You’ll be able to achieve this by accessing your in-game map, and there should be an option to select where you want to head next a pretty simple fast travel system.

It’s pretty straightforward once you get into the DLC, but one aspect is to double-check you have all the necessary story content complete beforehand, as you cannot access The Indigo Disk without completing all of the game.

One neat aspect of The Indigo Disk is also the ability for players to get some of their beloved starter Pokemon from other generations, and we’ve got you covered here.
