As said above, the only resources you’ll need to create electricity are Solar Panels, Lightbulbs, and Wire. Well, besides the wooden logs you’ll use to place everything on. Take a look in your Guide Book, and you’ll be able to find a page on installing basic electricity. The pictures may be a little confusing, so we’ll explain in detail how to do it.

You’ll start with making a ramp. There is a guide to putting together a ramp with logs in the Guide Book as well. This is where your Solar Panel will rest on. Beside the ramp, place wooden logs just as the picture shows. Once you place the Solar Panel down, you can start tracing wire along the top of the wood, as well as down the back of the ramp. This makes it so that you can attach Lightbulbs along the top where the Wire trails horizontally.

Now that you have everything in order, if you interact with the Lightbulbs, they should be able to turn on! They provide a good amount of light compared to torches or campfires, so make sure your base is decked out with electrical lighting.
