How to restore health or shield while on a grind rail

Of course, the first thing you’re going to want to do is to find yourself a grind rail. These are only located in the new area of the map called Mega City. When dropping into the map, you’ll spot it in the southeast section. If you haven’t been to the location before, it’ll be shrouded in mystery until you have paid it a visit.

Get yourself equipped with whatever you can grab, but make sure a healing or shield potion is in your inventory. You might struggle to restore health or shield while on a grind rail with nothing to drink. Now head over to the nearest rail. You will spot these at almost every level around the area, from rooftops all the way to the ground. Find the closest one to you.

Getting on the rail isn’t too tricky, as the interaction boxes are pretty forgiving. This means that if you’re playing in the no-build mode you can still reach the slightly higher ones without an issue. Run up to the rail and hit the ‘E key’ or whatever you have ‘interact’ set to.
