How to solve Eye of the Needle puzzle in Talos Principle 2
Take the drill and put it on the second button to rescue the connector hiding behind it. Then set the connector on the first button and use the drill on the wall behind the first blue field. This lets you rescue a box.

Now move the connector to the second button. Use the box right next to the fence to gain access to that little area, but first, take the drill and drill into the wall behind you, so that the closest blue field is visible.
Then access the jammer. Jam the field through the hole, and climb the ladder to get out.
You’re already halfway to solving Eye of the Needle in The Talos Principle 2. Take the box and switch its place with the converter, so that the box is on the button. Take your converter, connect the blue laser, then move all the way to the other side and put it down so it connects through the hole to the final blue circle. The positioning on the drill wall circle is a bit fussy, but fitting the jammer signal and the laser stream through is doable if you angle it right.
