There is no doubt that Blizzard has knocked it out of the park with Diablo 4. The world is rich and populated, the story is engaging, and the systems work seamlessly together. As you make your way around Sanctuary, new and intriguing dungeons and locations pop up to be discovered. Some of them are perfect levels to pose a challenge and give great high-level rewards, but others are soul-crushingly hard. One of these super difficult ones is Kor Valar Ramparts, a dungeon so difficult it needs parameters to unlock; here’s how.
How to unlock Kor Valar Ramparts dungeon in Diablo 4
If you’re looking to get all the renown in an area or unlock all region progress in Diablo 4, you’ll need to find and complete all the dungeons. Kor Valar Ramparts will be on your list, but you may not be able to see it on your map. Your region progress will show it in Fractured Peaks, but it isn’t until a certain point that you will unlock it in Diablo 4.

To unlock Kor Valar Raparts in Diablo 4, you must have completed the whole of the campaign past Act 6. Once you have progressed past this level, you will be able to make your way in and finish up the region. This is different from the original open beta that ran before the game came out. Players found the area far too challenging at this stage. So, rather than make it easier, Blizzard just locked Kor Valar Ramparts’ dungeon behind campaign progress.
Rewards for completing Kor Valar Ramparts dungeon
With any high-level dungeon, the rewards are always worth the effort. Unlocking Kor Valar Raparts will reward you with Blast Trappers Aspect. This is an enhancement that allows Rogues to make their traps even more deadly. If you’re looking to get your hands on this, you’re just going to have to grind the campaign to unlock Kor Valar Ramparts’ dungeon in Diablo 4.
