How to unlock the BAL-27 in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3): Attachments, camos, and more

With another season of MW3,  you can expect new things to change how the game plays. The BAL-27 is a new weapon and it delivers a punch with every shot. Read on to learn how to unlock the BAL-27 in Modern Warfare 3 (MW3), including its attachments and camos.

Modern Warfare 3 (MW3): How to unlock attachments, camos, and more for the BAL-27

The best part about earning the BAL-27 is that it is part of the free tier battle pass. So you don’t have to dish out real money to earn it. Next, you’ll need to do four challenges before you can use the assault rifle which is the final reward of the battle pass. 

They are: 

• Pierced Gaze Calling Card: Either kill 10 Operators or special zombies while moving with assault rifles.
• One Hour Double XP Token: Kill 10 Operators or special zombies in Tac Stance with an assault rifle.
• Pierced Graze Emblem: Get 10 Operators or special zombies with Hip fire Kills using an assault rifle. You can try getting Hip fire Clean Kills as well, they might count towards the reward.
• Akimbo Assulat Finishing Move: Kill at least five Operators with headshots, or kill the same out of special zombies with critical kills. 

BAL-27 Attachments

If you’re already accustomed to how MW3 works, then you’ll know that the attachments you’ve earned can be used on all the weapons — including the BAL-27. Also, there seem to be no new exclusive attachments for the weapon.

BAL-27 Camos 

Unlike the attachments, there are a total of four camos to unlock for the season. They might seem as challenging as earning the Allegiances camo.  Let’s run through how to get each of them.

• Sunset Waves: Get 50 Operator Kills with the BAL-27.
• Simpler Times: Use ADS and get 50 Operator Kills with the BAL-27.
• Electro Torrent: Get 15 Operator Headshot Kills with the BAL-27.
• Sunny Side: While in Tac-Stance, get 25 Operator Kills with the BAL-27

There’s also a fifth camo to earn via the new Weapon Prestige system that’s introduced in Season 3 of MW3. The system works like this: When you’ve completely leveled up a weapon, you can unlock a new challenge that gives you about 150,000 Weapon XP. Upon earning and completing this challenge, you can unlock the golden animated One Trick camo.
