Unlocking the Waverider Boat in Genshin Impact

The player must first unlock the fourth region of the game, Inazuma, by reaching Adventure Rank 30 and completing the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Prologue – Autumn Winds and Scarlet Leaves. The Waverider Boat is currently most used in the region of Inazuma, the land of the Raiden Shogun. Since there are a lot of mini islands scattered around, it will definitely come in handy. The player can unlock the Waverider by looking for a Waverider Waypoint, which is abundant around Inazuma.

Now, simply activate the Waypoint as you do with Teleporters and it will allow you to summon a Waverider to the nearby shoreline. Swim on over and to the Waverider and you are officially the captain of your own ship. Well, mini-ship. After all, we all can’t be Beidous in the world of Teyvat.

The Waverider has loads of different abilities and features. It has its own Normal Attack and a Special Attack. The Normal Attack, Swiftstrike Cannon, fires quick shots that can make short work of lightly armored opponents like Hilichurls. Its Special Attack, the Heavy Cannon, is a charged shot that deals large amounts of AOE damage. The Waverider also has its own separate stamina bar for acceleration and even regenerates HP if you manage to sustain some damage in combat or hit some wayward rocks in your journey.

Exploring the world of Genshin Impact can be a daunting experience so you might need help unlocking two of the more difficult domains, Garden of Endless Pillars and Altar of Mirages.
