Hyper Universe has been in development at CWAVESOFTÂ for a couple of years and beta testing got underway late last year in Korea. Nexon has now announced the game will be coming to North America, Latin America, Europe and Oceania in 2017.

Unlike the more traditional MOBA, Hyper Universe is side-scrolling and players have five turrets to defend across multiple levels. There is the usual cast of strange characters with different abilities to master, or Hypers as they call them.
