IO Interactive teases HITMAN announcement

It looks like there’s some big HITMAN news incoming on 7 June based on the tweet below.

Last year IO Interactive split from Square Enix and in November they teased that there would be some more news coming on 2018. They said, “we have exciting new features and some franchise firsts, which we can’t wait to tell you all about. You’ll have to wait a little longer as we don’t plan to start talking about that until some point in 2018.”

The wait could now be over and perhaps we’ll hear about more content plans for the excellent game.

Update: Looks like HITMAN 2 could be announced.
