Joy, fun, Seasons in the sun coming to The Sims 3

Another announcement to emerge from EA’s strangely muted ‘Summer Showcase’ event was the confirmation of a new expansion for The Sims 3. ‘Seasons’ will do exactly what the name suggests and adds “all-new activities, seasonal festivals and celebrations, dramatic weather effects and more” this coming November (for both PC and Mac).

“The Sims 3 Seasons offers players not only the opportunity to interact with weather, but also the ability to really get into the mood of each season,” says producer Ryan Vaughan, while simultaneously sunning himself and donning a scarf.
