Just Cause 3 PC patch released ahead of DLC

With the Just Cause 3 Sky Fortress DLC about to land, Avalanche has just updated the PC version of the game.

The patch weighs in at 641.7Mb and resolves problems such as loading times on the in-game menus which took forever, memory leak crashes and general crashes and adds the “DLC system” for the new content.

Patch Notes

  • Reduced initial loading time and in-game loading screens by 20-50%
  • Fixed several memory leaks resulting in crashes
  • Reduced a number of random crashes
  • Improved streaming of game world
  • Some performance optimizations related to hitches and stuttering
  • Implemented DLC system in preparation of the Air, Land and Sea packages
