Kamisato Ayato is the newest character coming to Genshin Impact, and he’s already cutting down foes in a new character demo trailer. If he’s not slicing through the Fatui in preparation for some great Inazuman battles, he’s definitely breaking his way through to the hearts of fans. His full, graceful powers are on blast here, and fans would be lucky to get their hands on Kamisato Ayato for their team.
Kamisato Ayato is the only new character who will arrive in Genshin Impact’s Version 2.6 update, where he’ll be joined by veterans Venti and Kamisato Ayaka. He’ll certainly take up most of the limelight, as one of the newest characters and also one of the more highly anticipated characters in Genshin Impact‘s lifespan. His banner will also feature a rate-up for the powerful 4-star characters Xiangling, Sucrose, and Yun Jin.
Cut down your foes
The current head of the Kamisato clan is a 5-star Hydro Sword character, joining the ranks of Xingqiu as sword wielder. His Elemental Skill sends out a flurry of attacks, as Kamisato Ayato enters a stance with his sword and slices anyone who gets into his way. Meanwhile, his Elemental Burst sends out a field of Hydro projectiles, splashing down on enemies. It’s very similar to Ganyu’s Elemental Burst, only a Hydro version of it.
Kamisato Ayato will be available to summon for in Genshin Impact Version 2.6, which updates tomorrow. Fans who aren’t interested in the newest character can instead try and get Venti, or wait until the second half of the update when Kamisato Ayaka will be available.
