Left 4 Dead 2 Pre-Orders Cheaper, Gives Early Demo

Pre-ordering Left 4 Dead 2 on Steam will net you a series of bonuses.First and foremost, as we already knew, is the baseball bat – an exclusive melee weapon that will only be available when at least one player on any given server has a pre-ordered copy of the game.Pre-orderers (which is my new favourite word) will also receive early access to the Left 4 Dead 2 demo, due out on 27 October. It’s unclear as to whether the 27 October date refers to when pre-orderers will get access, or whether that’s when it’ll be open to the regular people. The game itself is due out on 18 November, so you can guess for yourself. Finally, pre-orderers will get a 10% discount on the co-op zombie shooter, which looks to bring it down by about £3 GBP.If you’re still hankering for more Left 4 Dead, then there’s always the Crash Course DLC released last week, as well as our preview of Left 4 Dead 2.
