The Legend Of Heroes Trails Into Reverie Release Party Mech

Fans of The Legend of Heroes series of RPGs no doubt already know about Trails into Reverie. This game serves as the latest in The Legend of Heroes’ Trails subseries and the third latest in The Legend of Heroes franchise overall. Japanese fans have already had plenty of time to enjoy The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie, as the game saw a Japanese release back in August 2020. But now, according to publisher NIS America, it won’t take too long before Western fans can join in on the fun. Just this morning, the publisher announced a Western release date of July 7, 2023 for The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie.

The announcement tweet that NIS America posted includes a link to the game’s new story trailer, which features well over two minutes of cinematics and gameplay clips. It introduces the main characters in addition to the Trails to Walk system, which lets players follow these characters’ unique story perspectives.

Experience three different stories how you wish

The Steam page for The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie goes into more detail regarding these three character stories. Players follow the exploits of Lloyd Bannings, Rean Schwarzer, and the mysterious “C” as they “determine the fates of key characters and locations within Zemuria.” Thanks to the Crossroads system, players can freely cycle between these characters and their stories at any time. So if you grow tired of one character’s story, nothing will stop you from taking a break and sticking to your preferred character.

Of course, players will need to engage with the game’s combat system to see these stories through to the end. By making effective use of Arts, Brave Orders, and the added United Front System, players can prevail over every encounter they come across. You can fully enjoy these mechanics and many more once the release date of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie arrives.
