Linkin Park And EA Team Up

EA has confirmed Linkin Park will headline the in-game soundtrack for upcoming shooter Medal of Honor.
The new track “The Catalyst” will feature on the band’s brand new album A Thousand Suns, which launches on 14 August.
“Medal of Honor marks the beginning of an innovative new relationship between EA and Linkin Park,” said Steve Schnur of EA.
Linkin Park DJ, Joe Hahn was excited with the venture, “The opportunity to help introduce “The Catalyst” via the new Medal of Honor game creates a new bond between EA, our fans, and the band’s overall vision for the new digital frontier. We are enormously proud of the music on A Thousand Suns and are excited to have created an exclusive trailer around the lead track.”
For the first time in the franchise 11-year history Medal of Honor will move away from the World War 2 setting and enter modern-day Afghanistan. You take control of a tier 1 operative as you under-go covert operations that no other sector of the American army can handle.
Whatever next? Eminem and Call of Duty? Oh yeah I forgot that has already been confirmed.
