PC gamers were dismayed to find the Mafia 3 FPS locked at 30 when the game launched and 2K had said that a patch would be released this weekend.

This evening they have revealed that the patch will be available tonight Pacific time which means some time in the early hours in Europe. The post reads:
“PC players: we anticipate our patch including 30, 60 & unlimited fps options to go live by tonight, Pacific Time.”
Keep an eye out for that appearing through an update on Steam. Why on earth they released the game with an FPS cap on the PC version is a mystery.
