Marvel’s Midnight Suns: Scarlet Witch Legendary Challenge guide

Scarlet sacrifice.

Scarlet Witch has the Witch’s Trial Legendary Challenge in Marvel’s Midnight Suns. This gets unlocked once you’ve built the Armory and you’ve maxed out her Friendship Level. You can then start a solo encounter that’s more akin to a puzzle, which eventually rewards her Legendary Card. Here’s our Marvel’s Midnight Suns Scarlet Witch Legendary Challenge guide to help you complete Witch’s Trial for the No More ability.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns Scarlet Witch Legendary Challenge guide – No More Legendary Card

For the Scarlet Witch Legendary Challenge in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, you’ll be up against several Whisper mobs. Four of them are slightly weaker, while the one in the center has more HP. The goal here is to defeat the fodder mobs so you can receive the ability that will eliminate the last target.

Here’s what you need to do (taking note of the image above):

  • 1. Cast Quick Toss on the two mobs that are furthest away so you can bring them closer to the center. Make sure you angle their positioning correctly.
  • 2. Pop your two Hex Field cards to damage all of the enemies.
  • 3. Use Hex Bolt on the lower-left mob so you can kill it. This will give you another Hex Bolt card.
  • 4. Use both hits of this new Hex Bolt on the upper-right mob. Again, you’ll receive yet another Hex Bolt.

Your final Hex Bolt spell should have a +3 chain. Use a single hit on the lower-right mob, and two hits on the upper-left mob. This will kill both of them, granting you the No More Legendary Card for Scarlet Witch. With it, you can take out the remaining Whisper to clear the encounter.

This ability has the following perks when upgraded: Consumes all HP to damage enemies around Scarlet Witch; draw a card for each KO; Exhaust. As you can see, it will cause Scarlet Witch to sacrifice herself to eliminate hostiles that are surrounding her. This card is quite risky to activate since you’re never sure if all the enemies will be eliminated in one go (some might be further away).

Worse, you’ll have no choice but to revive Scarlet Witch if you want to continue using her on succeeding rounds (and revives are disabled at higher difficulties, too). At best, you can add the Lifesteal mod to keep Wanda alive, but it will still count as a character KO.
