Max Payne 3 does the Die Hard thing

Take a look at the first two images below and tell me that our old friend doesn’t have more a little of Die Hard about him? In both he’s flying/swinging through the air in a white vest, sporting a bald head and weilding a pistol. It seems that if Max is going to die, he’s going to die harder.
