Max Payne 3’s ‘Hostage Negotiation’ DLC negotiates a release date

It must have been one hell of a stubborn kidnapper, because Max Payne 3’s ‘Hostage Negotiation’ DLC has taken absolutely ages to secure its freedom. After a number of delays (and some reorganisation of the contents of some forthcoming DLC releases), Rockstar has finally settled on the date of 30 October for Hostage Negotiation’s release.

It’ll be coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC for 800 MS Points (or $10 USD). If you purchased a ‘Rockstar Pass’ way back in the days when Max Payne 3 was released, this is one of the DLC sets you get for that price.

You can expect four new multiplayer maps, new weapons, items and a brand new avatar faction. For more details on the maps, have a look at this previous news post.
