Parkour ride: Mirror’s Edge E3 gameplay trailer

As shown during EA’s E3 conference, here’s the trailer for DICE’s reboot of Mirror’s Edge. If the claim at the start of “all in-game footage” is to be believed, then the latest Frostbite engine is rather outdoing itself. Just as in the original, the colour palette and art design look spectacular.

According to EA’s Frank Gibeau, this return to Mirror’s Edge will be an open world affair. So expect to be choosing precisely which buildings you want to be leaping and climbing around.

Still no release date for this. It’s done “when it’s ready.”
