How to play Hordepoint mode in Modern Warfare 3

Other than a very creative wordplay, Hordepoint gathers the best of both Hardpoint and the horror of zombie hordes overwhelming you in Modern Warfare 3. Hordepoint will have your team attempting to control Hardpoint boundaries while the other tries to prevent it. That sounds all good and entertaining until you notice that portals pop up surrounding said Hardpoint, allowing zombies to enter the map and do their best to eat your brains.

Rewards and power-ups in MW3 Hordepoint Mode

Now, zombies in a multiplayer mode could make up for entertaining rounds all by themselves, but some aspects of Zombies mode also make their appearance in Hordepoint. You see, for every zombie kill you land, you will have a chance to pick up a Pack-A-Punched weapon and also three different types of power-ups.

The devs have only announced two: Max Ammo and Instakill, with the latter only affecting zombies. And if that does not sound chaotic enough, wait until you begin to stack your killstreaks in Hordepoint! If you are particularly good at dropping zombies, then you will be happy to know that every five zombie kills will count as an Operator kill, making Killstreak acquiring an easier thing to achieve.

Hordepoint will be available as soon as Season 2 drops and will be playable for a limited time. The Horde Hunt Event will be linked with this game mode, so expect a lot of challenges and unlockables connected to Hordepoint. And also a lot of zombie and Operator corpses lying on the floor.
