Steward – increased by gaining party morale from food variety (quartermaster), improving settlement prosperity and building projects (governor), and spending time in your settlements (clan leader); boosts your party’s size

Level 25:

  • Tax Collector – +10% tax from villages; governor effect
  • Supreme Authority – +1 influence if you’re a ruler; clan leader effect

Level 50:

  • Agriculture – +30% farm production
  • Prominence – +1 influence if you’re a vassal; clan leader effect

Level 75:

  • Nourish Settlement – x4 settlement prosperity growth while you’re waiting there
  • Warmonger – less influence needed to summon vassals for war; army commander effect

Level 100:

  • Bannerlord – +2 party size for each fief that you own
  • Logistics Expert – parties in armies you lead move faster; army commander effect

Level 125:

  • Prosperous Reign – x2 village growth rate
  • War Rations – -20% food consumption; quartermaster effect

Level 150:

  • Enhanced Mines – +50% tax income from mines
  • Swords As Tribute – +10 party size for every vassal; does not seem to be working

Level 175:

  • Man-At-Arms – +5 party size for each fief that you own; does not seem to be working
  • Mount Expert – -10% trade penalty for horses; surgeon effect

Level 200:

  • Reeve – +1 companion; does not seem to be working
  • Stand United – if you’re leading a siege, any party that leaves or enters the area must engage your army first

Level 225:

  • Food Rationing – -40% food consumption in a settlement if you’re under siege
  • Assessor – +10% tax from villages; governor effect

Level 250:

  • Ruler – +1 companion for each town you own; clan leader effect
  • Agrarian – +30% farm production; governor effect

Level 275:

  • Reconstruction – faster recovery for villages after being raided; governor effect

Medicine – increased by helping soldiers heal in settlements; improves casualty survival and healing (surgeon and governor)

Level 25:

  • Self Medication – +10% character healing rate
  • Preventive Medicine – +10% HP

Level 50:

  • Triage Tent – +20% healing rate for party when stationary on world map; party member effect
  • Walk It Off – +10% healing rate for party while moving on world map; party member effect

Level 75:

  • Mobile Aid – -50% penalty to party speed due to wounded members; party member effect
  • Doctor’s Oath – medicine recovery chance also applies to enemies; party member effect

Level 100:

  • Best Medicine – +10% healing rate when at high morale; party member effect
  • Good Lodging – +10% healing rate when resting in towns; party member effect

Level 125:

  • Siege Medic – 30% of siege bombardment casualties are wounded instead of getting killed

Level 150:

  • Pristine Streets – +1 settlement prosperity each day; governor effect
  • Bush Doctor – +20% village hearth growth rate and +20% party healing rate when waiting in villages; governor and party leader effect

Level 175:

  • Perfect Health – +20% clan member fertility; clan leader effect
  • Health Advice – +10% clan life expectancy; clan leader effect

Level 200:

  • Physician of People – +1 settlement loyalty each day; governor effect
  • Clean Infrastructure – +1 prosperity each day for every town project related to health and sanitation; governor effect

Level 225:

  • Cheat Death – one-time chance to avoid death when terminally ill
  • Fortitude Tonic – -50% chance of heroes dying in battle; party leader effect

Level 250:

  • Horse Healer – +30% chance per day for a lame horse to recover

Level 275:

  • Minister of Health – troops gain bonus HP before battles

Engineering – increased by building and successfully operating siege engines; improves production of siege engines and buildings and types of siege engines that can be used

Level 50:

  • Ballistics – +30% effectiveness of catapults

Level 75:

  • Imperial Fire – can build fire-throwing versions of siege engines; party member effect

Level 100:

  • Improved Masonry – fortifications are stronger; governor effect

Level 125:

  • Armorcraft – +10% armor effectiveness

Level 150:

  • Good Materials – +20% HP for siege engines; party member effect

Level 175:

  • Heavier Siege Engines – +20% increased bombardment damage vs. other siege engines; party member effect

Level 200:

  • Wall Breaker – increased damage to walls during sieges; party member effect

Level 225:

  • Resolute – lower morale loss during sieges; party member effect

Level 250:

  • Builder – x1.5 speed for building development; governor effect

Level 275:

  • Everyday Engineer – +60% effectiveness for default town projects; governor effect
