Mysterious Stranger is new protagonist for NeoCore’s Van Helsing

If you cast your mind back a few days, you may remember that NeoCore was holding a vote to determine who would replace the young Van Helsing as protagonist for action-RPG The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing. It was a choice between The Mysterious Stranger, The Chevalier and The Veteran.

As the headline has somewhat given away, the winner (with 72% of the vote) was The Mysterious Stranger.

According to NeoCore, this man is “the son of the legendary monster hunter Abraham Van Helsing, and although he might be young, he is far from inexperienced.” He’s also a bit less mysterious, now you’ve just read that.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing is expected late this year, or early next.
