New Blood Bowl 2 screenshots still not overly bloody

Look: if I’m given a screenshot of a troll’s bum, there’s no way I’m not using it.

Focus Home Interactive and Cyanide Studios have released another set of screenshots for forthcoming tactical bloodsports sequel Blood Bowl 2. That said, these screens don’t contain much blood, or even much bowling.

For some reason, they’re all about action-packed shots of a massive and lovingly detailed stadium, in which an orc team and a human team are battling for dominance. It turns out that Blood Bowl 2‘s stadiums are scalable, and can be upgraded if you spend your winnings. Upgrades mean more fans; more fans mean more bonuses and more revenue.

There’s also a shot of a troll’s arse, because someone is going to be into that.

Blood Bowl 2 is due out in the fourth quarter of this year.
