Toshiba are set to release a new range of Qosmio laptops, the Qosmio F50 and Qosmio G50 for high class audio and video entertainment, and the Qosmio X300 which is targetted at gamers who like their gaming portable. The Qosmio F50 and Qosmio G50 both feature Toshiba’s new Quad Core HD Processor and also feature a640GB Hard Disk, with system memory expandable to 8GB. Each notebook also features an integrated web-camera which enables the use of gesture control technology to recognise simple hand movements. All this on a 18.4” screen which is a really decent size.
The laptops we are all interested in here though is the The Qosmio X300 which comes with an LCD cover decorated in a ‘Fire Shark’ design theme. Red LED illumination highlights the multimedia bar, the touch pad and the tweeter speakers, while the bass speakers feature a special flame design. Each model also features a textured glossy palm rest and a fully integrated touch pad featuring metallic colored mouse buttons. Sexy!
As the X300 is for gaming, you need the power and the X300 comes with Intel Core2 Duo Extreme CPUs, dual HDDs, and GDDR3 SLI graphics. For audio you can’t get much better that Harman Kardon stereo speakers plus an additional subwoofer for that extra boom!
