Night train: Trains vs Zombies 2 arrives on Steam

The follow-up to one of the more unlikely DLC releases of last year is now available on Steam. Trains vs Zombies 2 is a stand-alone game this time around, so you don’t even need to own a copy of the latest in the Train Simulator series to experience its … unique thrills.

This time around, “New York City has been overrun by toxic slime, turning normal humans into mindless zombie-like creatures, and it is your job to rescue passengers from the Halloween nightmare.” The only possible solution: TRAINS.

Normally the game would cost $18 USD, but until 8 November it’s only half that price.

Here’s a trailer; though to be honest the screenshot above does a better job showing you the game (this is really just a guy saying “trains vs zombies two” in a deep voice).
