Nightfall, a new horror indie from Zeenoh, has passed Steam Greenlight and has now launched early crowdfunding on their site.
The game places you in the role of Ara Cruz, an aspiring journalist who dares enter an abandoned mansion to investigate mysterious events from over 100 years ago, involving a rape-murder-suicide case that occurred in mysterious circumstances.
We don’t know all the gameplay elements yet, but everything seems familiar enough. Ara has a flashlight and can pick up items to collect and help solve the big mystery. The baddies are based on creatures from Philippine mythology, and can get gruesome. One of them, the Pugot Pari, is literally a headless priest.
