No Dragon Ball FighterZ closed beta on PC

Bandai Namco used Evo 2017 to announce a closed beta period for the Arc System developed Dragon Ball FighterZ, but only on consoles. Dragon Ball FighterZ is coming to the PC in, as far as we know, the same “early 2018” release window.

Both the general press release, and a twitter post from Bandai Namco, list the 26 July closed beta as only taking place on the PS4 and Xbox One. It’s possible, I suppose, that the PC might be included in a later beta, but don’t hold your breath.

In other Dragon Ball FighterZ news, the redoubtable Trunks has been confirmed as a playable character. He’s got a trailer, in which he demolishes everybody. As you’d expect, really.
