A new Nvidia Game Ready driver specifically for VR but there are a few games covered in this release. This take the drivers to version 364.72.
The driver has been issued in time for today’s Oculus Rift launch even though most deliveries have been delayed. Described by Nvidia as a “VR-optimized Game Ready driver”, there’s a one click optimal VR setting option now included. They say this driver has been released to help combat “frame drops, frame spikes, and poor performance”, all of which can cause nausea.
While VR is the focus of the releases, this set of drivers deliver an “optimal” experience for Dark Souls 3, Quantum Break, Killer Instinct and Epic’s Early Access MOBA Paragon.
The driver is available via the Nvidia website or through the GeForce Experience.
