Nvidia pops out some GeForce 350.12 drivers for GTA 5

Since you’ve all still got a few hours to wait until GTA 5 unlocks, why not spend a bit of that time installing some new Nvidia graphics drivers? Assuming you have an Nvidia card, obviously.

The latest GeForce 350.12 drivers are available today, claiming to be ready for some GTA 5 action. They’re accompanied by the traditional Nvidia puff-piece talking about some of the many and various PC features this game will have.

Said features (again, assuming you have an Nvidia card for some of these) include “include 3D Vision, 4K, 4K Surround, Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR), GameStream, GeForce Experience one-click Optimal Playable Settings, G-SYNC, Multi Frame Sampled Anti-Aliasing (MFAA), Percentage Closer Soft Shadows (PCSS), SLI and TXAA.”

Quite a few of the GTA 5 graphics menu options showed up last week, so you can have a look at those here if you want more information on what you can toggle when in-game.

If, like me, you have an AMD card sat inside your PC box of tricks, you’ll be needing the most recent AMD driver. At the time of writing, that was the 15.3 beta from March, but as you can see below is now 15.4.

Edit: New AMD drivers are said to be coming at some point today. So that’s nice. In fact here they are now, 15.4 beta.

Assuming Rockstar’s Social Club doesn’t explode, IncGamers will be doing some PC port impressions of GTA 5 a few hours after release. Look out for those.
