Samsung and Oculus VR partnered on a separate VR line that makes use of Samsung’s Galaxy Note. That device, the Oculus Gear VR, is now available for only $ 200.

The Oculus Gear VR was developed by the two companies together, and isn’t as impressive as Oculus VR’s other projects. It doesn’t have head tracking, and it outputs at a lower resolution than their other headsets. It also requires the separate purchase of a Galaxy Note 4. However, it still has 360 panoramic view, and it will apparently have a library of compatible games available as well.
