The lengthy gameplay trailer features a team of Commanders embarking on a raid at a military outpost. Their mission is to take down the outpost’s power center, sending the opposing faction offline. “Take no chances. I would suggest avoiding contact. Use cover as much as possible. Get the job done and get out,” the leader says. Each of the three commanders on this mission head out equipped with space suits, weapons, and equipment designed for their specific roles. This tactical gear is meant to aid teammates in their tasks.

The mission is relatively calm at first. However, the fighting begins when the team enters the compound and encounters a group of scientists. Enemies soon flood the compound as the Commanders complete their mission and take off while under fire.

Elite Dangerous: Odyssey is available for pre-order now for $39.99 USD on Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Frontier Store. For $54.99 USD, you can get the Odyssey Deluxe Alpha Expansion. This includes Elite Dangerous: Odyssey, access to the PC Alpha, and the Elite Dangerous: Odyssey original soundtrack. Those who pre-order will also receive the exclusive Pioneer suit skin.
