Overkill’s David Goldfarb leaving to make new studio

Overkill, the developers of Payday 2, is losing David Goldfarb, who is leaving to make his own studio.

He and Overkill are splitting on good terms, as David says he wants to buck industry trends with the new studio. David was also previously at EA DICE, working on games like Battlefield 3 and Mirror’s Edge. We wish David the best of luck and look forward to seeing what he has to offer next.
