Overlord II Playable Demo Comes To Xbox LIVE

Codemasters has announced that a playable demo for the highly anticipated Overlord II is now available to download on Xbox Live.

In the demo, downloadable here, players step into the boots of the evil new Overlord, who is set on becoming the King of chaos. Shortly after entering the demo, players come across a yeti frozen in the ice. Using the band of fighter Minions, the yeti is freed and set loose close to the town of Nordberg. The seal-clubbing Minions then can then proceed in gathering life force be any means possible, including killing off Elves and Nordbergian hunters, all at the command of their Overlord.

The Minions can befriend a pack of wolves and ride them through the snowy surroundings, making them a force to be reckoned with and giving them more attack options

Demos for the PC and PS3 versions will become available in the next week ahead of the game’s scheduled launch on 26 June. See the new gameplay trailer on IncGamers TV and new screenshots below:
