This coming weekend the Museum of computing are holding a live Pac-Man event in Swindon here in the UK and today the dress rehearsals got underway.To celebrate Pac-Man’s 30th anniversary, a specially constructed maze in Swindon town centres Wharf Green will be the venue for a unique Human Pac-Man event. Members of the public will be able to control a real-life Pac-Man, trying to avoid the giant ghosts while collecting dots.    The event will also be shown on the big screen and inside the museum the public will be able to play the game on the multiple platforms the game has appeared on over the years including the Nintendo Game Cube, the original Game Boy, Sega Master System and more.WHARF GREEN, Swindon Town Centre11:00 – 15:00 Pac-man on the Big ScreenPac-man as it’s never been seen before- Human Pac-man, come and have a go at controlling a real life Pac ManThe public may participate in playing for freeMUSEUM 6-7 Theatre Square, Swindon SN1 1QN09:30-17:00- Pac-man gaming on the Nintendo Wii, Game boy, Sega Mega drive and others- History of Pac-man mini exhibition
